What an adorable set! I love the creamy, buttery colours and the cushy texture of that stitch. Beautiful work!

Lovely little set. Do they have good yarn shops in Canada - or did you see something at the markets?

We have been out the past two mornings and walked completely the wrong way on Saturday morning trying to go to the markets. I questioned Greg if we were going the right way and he assured me we were. I am double checking now after walking half an hour in the wrong direction. Eventually did get there after double tracking. Still suffering jet lag, we have to be at breakfast at 7:30 tomorrow morning so that will be interesting.

@Michelle M: Started tour this morning, 7:30 breakfast and then a bus tour of Toronto.. Feeling absolutely zonked so early night tonight as have to have bags packed by 7:30 in the morning as we are going to Niagara Falls. Reading the itinerary some mornings we have to have our bags packed by 6:30. Guess what I am not a morning person.

@Michelle M: Niagara Falls was amazing. We stayed in a hotel overlooking both falls. We are in Ottawa now arrived here last night after a 580 km drive. Doing a tour of the city this morning and then a boat ride down a canal, while Greg is going on a small plane ride in an open cockpit( not for me). We did a boat cruise yesterday on the St Lawrence River around thousand Islands. Just amazing. Tiny houses on tiny islands, a castle on another and a lot of fabulous homes.

@Jennifer M: ohh it sounds like you are having a wonderful time Jennifer, wow imagine being able to see both sides from your hotel. The boat ride down the canal sounds lovely and tell Greg I will come with him for the plane ride I love flying.😊😊A boat cruise would be amazing seeing all the houses. Have a lovely time today.πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ’•

@Jennifer M: ohh thank you Jenny that means alot, will definitely have to catch up. But first we have a big decision, what knitting to take, πŸ€”πŸ€”well I could say something not to complicated but everything you knit is never easy, πŸ˜‚not too bulky so not your jumper,😊I think something you can take and still be able to chat away while you are doing it. I wonder if you will get to see wool shops when you are away that would be so much fun seeing all the American and Canadian brands. Hope you have finished packing for Greg.lol,πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ’•πŸ’•

Thank you Elaine, the mustard yarn was left over from Aahana’s jumper. It was good to use some of my stash.
