    About

    One of my friends has a baby on the way and after finding some lovely yarn in a shop while I was on holiday I knew what I wanted to make - a blanket with an amigurumi character attached to it. I settled on a bee as it matched the colour scheme of the yarn.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 2.50mm (US 1.5)
    • Crochet Hook 3.00mm (US 2.5)

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Stitch Markers
    Other : I added a thin layer of wadding between 2 layers of crochet to make the blanket a bit warmer.

    Measurements

    5cm

    Notes: I attached the bee to a hexagonal blanket with sides which are 46 stitches long (approximately 40cm)
