    About

The only difficulty I had with this easy pattern was with the first row! I found it impossible to do the twist stitch immediately after casting on (there is no rib). I solved this by doing the second row of the pattern as my first row and then knitting the first row as my second row (if that makes sense) and then carrying on as usual. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

    Yarns

    Measurements

    24 inch chest

Notes: I used Debbie Bliss Piper cotton/viscose which I bought in the Lovecrafts' sale. This yarn has a lustre to it (which I wasn't sure about until it arrived) and the weight and drape of it worked well in this tunic which doesn't have any borders on the bottom.
