    Upcoming birthday gift for a special lady.

    While I was waiting for my colour B to arrive, I started knitting the stockinette in Rhubarb Pink and jumped to chart B when it came in.

    I originally started with one colour scheme but decided to go back and knit the inverse. I also decided to pair RP with Sand (since I ordered 4 balls) and will maybe knit a second in Pea Green with CC.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Double Point 4.00mm (US 6) 20cm
    • Circular 4.00mm (US 6)
    • Circular 5.00mm (US 8)
    • Double Point 5.00mm (US 8) 20cm
    Other : I started with a 78st pc/o in the round using 4mm DPNs (jogless join), swapping to 5mm for colour work.

    Mid-knitting I swapped to 25 cm circulars as I couldn't deal with DPNs anymore... ("~^-^~ )

    Alternatively, use the magic loop technique

    Measurements

    74 cm long × 16 cm wide flat

    Notes: My Gauge: 22 sts x 32 rows for 10cm² stockinette with 4mm needles, using W&L Poetry. Swap to 5mm for colour work.

    Adjusted c/o for 78 sts x 48 rows for section 1 in colour A (15cm), including c/o row and those on needles. Adjusted section 3 to have 49 rows in colour B. Use kitchener st in colour A to join infinity loop = 49 rows.
