    About

Yes, I was serious when I said that I'm going to use up all my yarn scraps before buying anything/embarking on a new project. I'm not entirely sure why I've bough purple yarn in the past, but as it was back in 2019 I probably don't have to ;) anyway it turned into a really nice pair of soft, slouchy bed socks <3

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 2.25mm (US 1) 80cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Stitch Markers

    Measurements

    One Size

Notes: I like longer ribbing (and it helps use up more yarn...) so changed this a bit. I may want to explore new socks patterns as I know this one by heart already!

Love these socks, the purple has worked out beautiful. Well done keep working your stash, I am doing the same, nearly bought yarn yesterday but managed to resist.

@Mary E, thanks so much! Good luck with your stash and I'm impressed by your ability to resist! The problem is that the more of my stash I use up, the more I feel that I deserve a prize for doing so well...

Well, this purple has made a beautiful pair of socks. I salute your resolve Leuveen. I broke my no more yarn rule today🤷‍♀️ Couldn’t resist new eco yarn in gorgeous muted colours 🤣

@Jacquie W, thanks so much! I don't think there is a single person in here who will be able to blame you... it's just so hard to resist when there is so many new, fantastic yarns appearing!!! And if they're eco yarns then really, you are just doing the world a favour! 😅
